ZACH DOUGLAS
Meet Zach Douglas: a dedicated family man, visionary entrepreneur, and passionate sports enthusiast. Born in Kalamazoo, MI and raised in Grand Rapids, Zach relocated to Carmel, IN during his grade school years. His Midwestern roots have instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community.
A proud graduate of Indianapolis Cathedral High School Class of 2011, Zach went on to earn his degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University’s esteemed Kelley School of Business. Upon graduation, he gained valuable experience in Private Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch before transitioning to Capital Group, one of the world’s oldest and largest investment management organizations, with over $2.6 trillion in assets under management.
In 2019, Zach ventured into the world of real estate, investing in distressed single-family housing in the Indianapolis Metro Market, primarily focusing on properties near the Monon Trail. Frustrated with the uncontrollable variables and lack of confidence in project execution by general contractors, he was determined to take full control of his projects to deliver superior investment results for his partners and investors. Thus, Paradigm Construction & Development was born, with Zach as its Founding Partner and Principal. He now specializes in acquisitions, investments, development, and investor relations.
When he’s not transforming the world of real estate, Zach takes to the rugby field as a player for the Indianapolis Impalas. His love for the sport also extends to coaching, having led the Broad Ripple Youth Rugby team to four state championships alongside partner Rick Michaelis.
Off the field, Zach is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Maddie, and a loving father to their three children, Rose, Bo, and Vince. Demonstrating unwavering commitment to his family, business, and community, Zach stands as a testament to hard work and perseverance.
