These projects are ongoing through 2025, meeting rapid expansion needs for 7 Brew Coffee in the State of Ohio and beyond.
Multi-Unit Homes
Roles: Construction Manager, Developer
Project Highlights: Developed and completed two adjacent 4-plex units and currently developing over 50 units, including 8-plexes, 4-plexes, and duplexes, slated for completion in 2025.
