OVERVIEW

Established in 2019 by industry veterans Zach Douglas, Ted Karras and Rick Michaelis, Paradigm was born out of a unique confluence of factors, including the fast experience of its founders, prevailing economic conditions, and emerging real estate trends. The initial business model centered on the acquisition, renovation, and sale of distressed single-family properties during the challenging period between 2019-2023.

Over the years, Paradigm has demonstrated an astute awareness of shifting real estate patterns and has continuously adapted to updated economic data. This adaptability has allowed us to succesfully transition into a vertically integrated real estate company. Our current scope of services encompasses not only ground-up development of multi-family real estate projects, but also property management, construction and investment services.
